Beyond broadcasting, Wanjira is an engaging Master of Ceremonies who has hosted high-level sustainability events, conferences, and summits, bringing energy, clarity, and connection to every stage. Through Sustainability Champions Network and collaborations with organizations across Kenya and beyond, she champions youth engagement, corporate ESG awareness, and community-driven climate initiatives, including eco-tours, awareness campaigns, and children’s environmental education activities.

She is passionate about bridging knowledge gaps, inspiring action, and creating platforms where businesses, youth, and communities can co-create solutions for a more sustainable and resilient Africa.

With a background in environmental risk assessment (NEMA-licensed) and ESG strategy development at Sustainable Square, he champions green transition, social inclusion, and gender equality across East Africa through impactful, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Monaem Ben Lellahom

Sustainable Finance & ESG Advisory Board Member

Monaem brings exceptional global leadership and deep expertise in sustainability strategy, shared value creation, and ecosystem development.

He is the CEO and Founding Partner of Sustainable Square, a Dubai-based global ESG, sustainability and Tech firm that supports organisations to strengthen impact, transparency, and long-term value creation.

He has also held leadership and governance roles across several influential institutions, including serving as Chair of the Sustainability Action Society (Capital Club Dubai), Chair of the Dubai Sustainability Majlis, Board Member of the Maghreb Economic Forum and AIESEC, and as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Foundation for Sustainability & Responsibility in Africa.

His experience in shaping sustainability conversations and driving transformative social impact makes him an invaluable addition to SCN, strengthening our mission to empower practitioners, foster collaboration, and advance climate-aligned business practices.

Monaem’s strategic guidance will be instrumental in:

Christine is committed to helping African institutions embed sustainability into decision-making, strengthen resilience, and unlock long-term value for businesses, communities, and the environment.

She has led sustainability integration across multi-country organisations and works at the intersection of sustainability, business strategy and long-term value creation.
